Author Guidelines

Read the following sections before you submit your manuscript. These points help you prepare your work and understand how the journal evaluates submissions.

The Editorial Evaluation Process

Initial evaluation

The editorial team reviews every manuscript to check originality, relevance to the journal scope, and language quality. Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements are returned without peer review.

Peer review

Each manuscript goes through a double-blind peer review with at least three reviewers. Reviewers provide specific comments that help you improve your work. Reviewers evaluate manuscripts across the following points:

• Originality
• Research content
• Correctness
• Relevance
• Coverage of the topic
• Accessibility and readability
• Use of supporting material

Final decision

The editor reviews all comments and decides to accept or reject the manuscript. The editor may request an updated version when major improvements are needed.

Submission Guidelines

• Keep the main text within ten pages, excluding references, tables, and figures. Longer manuscripts may be considered for review papers or special issues.
• Format your submission according to the journal paper template available in the Downloads Section.
• You can submit .docx, .doc, .pdf, or LaTeX files.
• Check and proofread your manuscript before submission. Changes are not allowed during review. Minor revisions are permitted only after acceptance.
• No more than twenty five percent of the text may overlap with previous work by the same authors. All reused material must be cited. The remaining content must be original.

Word Paper Format

Manuscripts prepared in Word must follow the official journal format.

Formatting Guidelines

• Verify all citations, quotations, tables, diagrams, and maps.
• Ensure that figures and images are clear.
• Place figures and tables within the text where they will appear, or place them at the end of the manuscript. Do not upload them in separate files.
• Follow the required paper template from the Downloads Section.

Use of AI-Assisting Tools

The journal allows responsible use of generative AI tools. Authors must follow the conditions below:

• Declare the use of AI in a separate section.
• Review and edit all AI-assisted text. Submitting unedited AI content is not acceptable.
• AI tools cannot be listed as authors.
• AI may support drafting or language improvement. Scientific ideas, analysis, results, and conclusions must be developed by the authors.
• Authors remain responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the manuscript.

Non-compliance is treated as academic misconduct and may lead to withdrawal of published work.

Publication Ethics

Publication ethics policies are available in the Publication Policies section of the journal website.

Originality and Plagiarism

Submit only original work. Cite all material taken from other sources.
The journal uses iThenticate to check originality. The system generates a detailed report that highlights problematic sections and supports further improvement.
